How many guests does I Do RENTALS accommodate?

We have inventory to cover up to 250 guests for your event.

How much is the deposit?

For each event, we require 50% of the total proposal as the deposit. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.

Do you have any different colors?

Our current inventory is displayed; however, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee. Just ask!

Am I able to modify any of the selected items?

You are welcome to make any modifications to any items as long as you are able to return it in like condition. Permanent modifications will be deducted from your deposit.

What payment types are accepted?

We currently accept all Major Credit Cards.

WHERE DO I PICK UP AND RETURN MY ITEMS?

We will connect with you at the time of your reservation selections to determine a pick up and drop off location.

What happens if I am late in returning the items?

2 days after your event are provided to return utilized items. Each day thereafter will be assessed a late return fee.

Do you set up any items?

This may be a possibility for your event for an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled prior to 60 days of event will not be offered a refund.  The 50% deposit collected will be non-refundable.

When do I need to pay for my selections?

50% of rental selection (either full wedding package or a la carte) is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.

There is a category where I want more than one item. Can I get both?

Absolutely! If you have selected the Full Wedding Package, you’ll just need to pay the a la carte fee for the additional item(s). If you have selected the a la carte option, you’ll be charged the a la carte fee for each selection.

If I select Option 1 – Full Wedding Package, is there any discount if I don’t select one of the categories?

We have priced our full wedding package to be competitive and don’t offer a discount for non-selected categories.
